Private development

Courtesy is an independent service in private development. The initial intended customer audience is U.S. customers. Public customer access, pricing and subscription terms have not launched. This page is a review draft, not a checkout or an acceptance mechanism.

Purpose and authorization

The intended service helps authorized sellers manage variant availability through Printify’s Etsy connection, with separate read-only Etsy observations. Only connect stores you are authorized to manage. Do not share provider passwords or use the service to access another person’s data without permission.

Connecting a store, selecting protection preferences and authorizing particular actions are separate steps. Stopping protection or disconnecting does not cancel requests already sent or automatically restore a listing.

Limits and seller responsibilities

Provider information can be delayed or wrong, requests can fail and listings can change outside Courtesy. Availability checks and recovery safeguards cannot eliminate every error. Full-product shutdown and unattended end-to-end protection are not currently supported for customer use.

Maintain access to Printify and Etsy, review unexpected changes and comply with their policies and applicable laws. Do not use Courtesy for unauthorized access, abuse or infringement.

Independent service

Courtesy is provided by Myles Chatman, not Etsy. Etsy and its affiliates do not provide Courtesy, are not parties to the proposed Courtesy customer agreement and give no warranties concerning Courtesy or information obtained through it.

The development service has no promised uptime, sales results or error-free operation. Final warranty and liability provisions, including any non-excludable consumer rights, require review for the intended launch jurisdictions.

Fees and support

A paid service is planned, but no pricing, billing, cancellation or refund terms are offered here. Any future charges and applicable terms must be disclosed and accepted separately before payment. Questions can be sent to support@getcourtesy.com.

Privacy, changes and ending access

The privacy draft describes current data handling and unresolved retention and deletion decisions. A final customer agreement must define service changes, suspension, termination, applicable law and required notices. California is the operator’s location, not a choice-of-law or dispute-forum clause. No registered legal entity or dispute process is assumed in this draft.

Before customer onboarding, Courtesy needs finalized terms and a recorded acceptance flow. Reading these pages does not record acceptance, activate a subscription or authorize provider access.
